Prior to beginning your project, we will review details, discuss options, and give you a price quote, deposit requirements, shipping fees as applicable, and final payment is required to receive your quilt.

We do not offer computerized or custom quilting.

How Long Does It Take?

2 to 3 weeks. We will discuss due dates with you.

Quilting Pricing Guideline

Pantograph pricing ranges from $0.03 to $0.04
Depending on the detail of the quilting pattern design.
Pricing includes: Set-up - load the quilt top, batting, back, and pattern.
Includes basic thread and bobbins.

Quilting minimum charge: $65.00

Pricing is per square inch of Quilt.

Multiply the width x length of Quilt then x price per square inch.

Example: Full Size top 60x72 (4320 inches) x $0.03 per square inch = $129.00.

Other Services

Basting: $25 setup fee and $.005 per square inch.

Once your quilt is loaded on the long arm, if it requires basting to ensure it will properly quilt. This may be unknown at time of price quote. We will contact you to review and approve the additional costs.

Quilt Preparation: $25.00 per hour.

Pressing, mending, squaring up, trimming threads or other special preparation.

Quilt Piecing: $25.00 per hour.

Anything involved in piecing a quilt top or back (planning, cutting, sewing, pressing, etc.).

Back Seaming: $12.50 per Seam to stitch.

Remove selvedge edges, square backing and press seams open. (Fabric should come pressed, ready to work with.)

Matching Back Seam: $17.50 per Seam.

You must supply enough material to ensure the matching of the fabric pattern with a minimum of 3 inches larger than quilt top on all 4 sides of back
