We believe that Hands On Quilting continues the tradition of creating homemade, treasured memories. 

Our quilting is humanized using a longarm machine, ensuring each piece is crafted with care. We do not offer computerized quilting, as we prefer to maintain that personal touch. 

Bubba (Innova Longarm) is hard at work here, bringing your quilt to life! 

Before we start your project, we will review all the details, discuss your options, and provide a price quote. We will also cover deposit requirements, any applicable shipping fees, and inform you that final payment is required to receive your quilt. 

We specialize in memory quilts, longarm quilting, and binding services, ensuring your quilt is finished beautifully. 

Remember, we do not offer computerized or custom quilting.

We strive to complete our longarm quilting services within 2 to 4 weeks. Depending on your specific quilting needs, especially for memory quilts or binding services, it may take a little longer. We will discuss due dates with you to ensure everything meets your expectations.

Pantograph pricing for longarm quilting ranges from $0.03 to $0.05, depending on the detail of the quilting pattern design. The thread required for the quilting pattern design is included in the pricing, which covers the set-up and loading on the longarm machine (Bubba), as well as the thread and bobbins used. 

For binding services, there is a minimum charge of $50.00. 

Pricing is calculated per square inch of the quilt. To determine the cost, multiply the width by the length of the quilt, then multiply that by the price per square inch. 

For example, a full-size top measuring 60x72 (which equals 4320 inches) at $0.03 per square inch would total $129.00. This pricing applies whether you're creating a beautiful memory quilt or any other design.

Pricing for longarm quilting services is typically based on the linear inch of the quilt top width. For memory quilts that are longer than 90 inches, additional batting will be required. 

Here are the types of batting available:

- Poly 6 ounce - $0.40

- Cotton 6 ounce - $0.60

- Bamboo 6 ounce - $0.70

- Wool 6 ounce - $0.70

We also offer binding services to complete your quilt.

Quilt Preparation: $25.00 per hour.

Our quilt preparation services include pressing, mending, squaring, trimming, and managing threads, ensuring your memory quilts are ready for the next steps.

Quilt Piecing: $25.00 per hour.

This service covers everything involved in piecing a quilt top or back, perfect for creating beautiful memory quilts.

Basting: $25 setup fee and $.05 per square inch for longarm quilting.

Once your quilt is loaded on the longarm, if it requires basting to ensure proper quilting, we will notify you. Please note that this may be unknown at the time of the price quote, and we will contact you to review and approve any additional costs.
